What the game stores. Personal best scores are saved only in your browser’s local storage until you clear this site’s browser data. The game does not send your scores to an operator-run database, ask for your name or email, or include analytics code. Advertising-related data practices, where applicable, are described below.
Hosting and sign-in. We use third-party services to host, deliver, and secure the site. These services may process IP addresses, browser/device information, access logs, and technical cookies as needed to operate the site and prevent abuse. If sign-in is offered or required, its provider may also process account and authentication information. The services used may change over time; their own privacy notices apply to information they process independently, and their retention periods may differ from the game’s browser-only score storage.
Advertising and Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. Advertising providers may also process IP addresses, device identifiers, and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement, personalization, and fraud prevention. Your choices. Clear this site’s browser data to remove saved scores, or restrict browser storage in your browser settings; scores may then stop saving. The game itself does not change gameplay in response to Do Not Track signals. For ads, use the privacy or ad-choice controls provided with the advertisement or by the relevant provider. We will honor legally required opt-out preference signals.
Children. This is a general-audience game intended for U.S. users ages 13 and older, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the game.
Basic terms
Entertainment only. Fare Pressure is an illustrative, fictitious game, not affiliated with any real airline. Routes, prices, demand, and scores are game mechanics, not financial, commercial, or aviation advice. Scores and in-game money have no cash value; there are no prizes or payouts.
Use and availability. Use the game lawfully and do not disrupt it, misuse its services, or interfere with other users. The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We may change or discontinue it. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the game. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes. Updates to this notice are posted here with a revised date. Additional notice or consent is provided where required by applicable law.
